Goals of this session

In the session, different areas will be covered where food service players will be able to make a real impact, collaborating across the value chain. How for example can food service play a role in the transition of guest’s choices towards a more diverse and plant-based menu. Through food service, there are also many opportunities for scalable menu solutions that ultimately improve biodiversity. Furthermore, food service can play a crucial role in the tackling of food loss and waste reduction across operations, back of house as well as front of house. Finally, we will look at the way food service partners can develop pathways for food systems change across the value chain by accelerating partnerships to drive progress towards shared goals.
